My Classes
I interweave breath work, meditation in motion, yogic philosophy, and anatomy in each of my classes. My classes are mostly in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga, but I have taken the parts of other traditions that I love so much to create a well rounded class. My classes are safe and effective for every age and every body type.

All Beginner classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. You will begin by focusing on the basics, but it won’t stop there. These classes are always exciting because in every class you learn and do something new.
